Butterfly Gardens to Go Shipping Guarantee
Butterfly Gardens to Go guarantees that we provide healthy plants, true to name and in good condition for growing when they arrive. Instructions for planting and growing are included with each plant on individual labels and additional information can be found on our website, www.butterflygardenstogo.com.
- We use UPS Ground to ship your order. Due to the delicate nature of plant material we ship Monday – Wednesday to ensure your order arrives before the weekend. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once your order has shipped. You are responsible for tracking your package once it leaves the nursery.
- Plants must be checked upon arrival. Should you notice a problem, please contact us immediately – we must be notified upon receipt and inspection of your order to qualify for our guarantee. - If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. You must also contact the shipping provider. We cannot be responsible for damages caused by the shipping provider but we will work with you toward a resolution. DO NOT destroy the packaging. Take photos and send them to us via email so we can determine what may have happened during shipping.
- We will make every effort to ensure the safe shipment of your plants. However, we cannot accept responsibility for losses due to the results of extreme weather, unexpected acts of nature, or neglect.
